I was a 14-yr loyal customer Out of the blue email promotions from Stoneberry stopped Their monthly bills continued just fine Next thing I knew my last purchase from Stoneberry my balance was transferred to their Massey online store account with No Notice or explanation Is this Legal No answers from their poor customer service dept unusual closed Corporate office communications After a month of trying to get a simple Honest explanation I filed a complaint with their Wisconsin BBB Still waiting 6 months Where did consumers rights go I wonder Has Stoneberry s parent company Massey s paid off their states consumer watchdogs like the Chamber of Commerce BBB the Wisconsin State Consumer office Beware Unreliable products Magnavox Tv electric fan RCA portable DVD player poor children s jewelry dangerous Easter products for children Shoes slippers must have been seconds This company Stoneberry has been sliding down hill for the last 5 years Do not shop at Stoneberry or any of the other online stores under the Massey Corp umbrella

Stoneberry messed up my order
I ordered some headphones and infrared thermometer which was shipped separately What supposed to be the headphones was not what ordered It was someone else s order A mix up from supplier and shipping dept I am done with ordering from Stoneberry They are charging me for the headphones I didn t get I sent the order I got today back Instead of getting headphones i got someone else s order for 2 drip pans for a electric stove And what is even weird the invoice that came with it was from a Walmart online order but boxed in a Mason s company with a shipping label addressed to me I don t even shop online at Walmart They are sending out another pair of headphones and now Stoneberry is going to double charge me for them both And i never got the first headphones Stoneberry doesn t deserve one star I will be contacting the better business bureau

Problem making payment on phone
I have not had no problem with orders everything has been a ok I have had no problem making payments on line but when I tryed to make payment on phone they was quick to hang up in my face because I couldn t give my phone number on record my credit cards is stolen my phone was stolen they did not give me the time of day to speak in order to make a payment maybe the judge will when they take me court because of damage this cause my credit because they hung up on me didn t listen I m taking a snap shot of this message and when I called just before this for evidence

I have 189 00 in available credit I Ordered 187 00 in merchandise They charging 29 99 shipping Then they want a down payment of 59 00 before my order will process Truthfully a crock I could probably get passed a 30 down payment for shipping not 60

I have bought a few things from here
I have bought a few things from here normally have no problem but I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a problem resolved with a tv dvd player and they aren t any help at all I ve been put on hold for up to 26 minutes waiting for a resolution only to get hung up on I am done with these people and the customer service supervisor wasn t very pleasant

NOT user friendly policy
We ordered 2 items One called a heavy duty extra large dog crate It is flimsy and won t stay up It is NOT extra large The second one was a 2-piece bathroom set that came out amid several bits of loose carpet material Thinking it was just poor packing procedures we put it down It is very small compared to pictures VERY thin and that carpeting material It came from the product which is falling apart and leaves dye on wet feet Since it s a red product it looks like someone s leavibg bloody footprints Very disturbing event Trying to return and cancel this they want us to pay to ship them back

I ordered comforters from them and they claim I received them I have not received anything from them at all I definitely won t order from them again on anything I am really disappointed with the service provided the on representatives they put on the phone don t have some of the knowledge required to even handle some of your concerns BUYER S BEWARE AND CHECK REVIEWS DON T GET SHOVELED AROUND LIKE SO MANY OF US I am so disappointed in Stoneberry

This company charged a direct exspess
This company charged a direct exspess card that was used to make a down payment of 57 this charged happened around 10 20 2020 the purchase was pretty much canceled within several mon after it was placed And although the account holder has requested that the money be refunded to the card it was charged from this company has yet to do so The attempts to request a refund has been numerous To date a simple request where it should have been refunded immediately As the order was never shipped out and the charge was taken from the debit card of another This has been what seems to be impossible to resolve through normal procedures The reason I believe one should beware of this company And after speaking to costumer services It s only become more clearer that I may never receive the refund I m due

Well I ordered two things from stoneberry two months ago And I just received an email from them saying it s gonna be another month before I receive my order Rediculas At this point I could have bought the items without having to pay payments Stoneberry is a joke Don t waist your time on stoneberry shop finger hut at least you ll actually get your order

Stoneberry and Fifthandglam
Simply put - I submitted an order at 4 pm on Saturday and woke up Sunday less than 12 hours later to a 25 off Labor day coupon I called to ask if it could be applied to my current order and was told my order had already shipped and the coupon could not be applied I couldn t even cancel the order to re-order I would have saved 90 dollars- there should have been an adjustment made for this This is seriously a no-no in customer service I am done Cripe Even Target would have given me the adjustment Not good customer service and not good business practice This will be my last experience with Stoneberry and its sister companies
