Helpful information given on first contact Easy to contact online and by phone Pleasant to deal with onsite and made sure I was comfortable with access etc

Very helpful Got my stuff sorted easily The only issues being the hash key on the lift not working properly and the drumming noise very loud on my floor

Helpful office staff who gave us the info we required It was also great to see the storage space we had booked before using it Gee there is a lot of paper work by the time we had been through what I suppose is an OSH requirement

Easy and cost effective

Signing up was clear and efficient initial loading in was easy with trollers and wide aisles Monthly CC payments work well and the 2week termination advise of storage is an advantage

staff helpful There was a problem with the Web site that was advertising a size that was not available also there has been an additional two months taken from visa so have now paid for four months plus one free

This is my first month with Storage

This is my first month with Storage King and my relationship with them is limited to my initial greet and meet from reception staff and the depositing of a small amount of possessions The two ladies in reception were welcoming and clearly outlined the protocols involved in using the facility I am looking forward to a lengthy relationship and my next familiarity lesson later this week All top rated so far

I had a great experience with this company nothing a problem good systems in place multiple options don t rent more space than you need Staff are welcoming helpful and good at their job

I use Storage King Avondale and the Customer Service gentleman there was amazing he was friendly cheerful informative and helpful Only reason why I did not give a 5 star rating was the unit pricing The location is handy to where I work and central to the area we do business

Everything was great the only issue I had was where my storage was I was unable to drive right up to my storage which would have made things a while lot easier removing my property I also got a refund as I was ahead in payment something I didn t know just in time for Xmas
