The St Luke s facility has really gone downhill The staff on a Saturday are rude and not helpful at all

I was not being made aware that if I empty my storage I would not get a refund I received a refund last time when I hired the storage

5 stars for Botany South though When I wanted to rent a space from them Jason Mill was nothing but friendly and helpful I wish I had of stayed loyal to this store Jason really knows a lot and genuinely cares about his clients Unfortunately this review is regarding Botany North I warn all not deal with them I just rang to ask if they had a certain box available and how I could obtain it while complying with the lockdown The website doesn t mention what has been affected by the lockdown it just says to call I regret doing this as I was just abused for DARING to think I may be able to purchase a box from a storage expert I hung up quickly as I was not in the mood to be ripped apart by the man on the phone and anything I said made things worse There is no contact email and no complaints section of their website - meaning they are obviously uninterested in improving A sentiment conveyed by botany north when I mentioned the website being unclear

Not impressed with the service Took mangers advice and signed up for small storage unit Had reservations which I voiced to manager that my contents wouldn t fit Sure enough moving day came movers took one look at unit said it was too small so had to upgrade to medium unit at more cost After robust discussions with manager came to an agreement re monthly fee They also sneak in 15 cleaning fee each month when customer is supposed to leave unit in clean tidy condition when unit is relinquished Moving is stressful enough without having confrontational dealings when upon the advice of manager your unit is too small Not happy

Good storage but needed two and manager was rude and extremely demanding especially when the units are supposed to be armed and alarmed so when we ended up using second unit where we re going to put our own padlock on it next time we returned but thinking that the units are armed and armed when you sign in and out didn t think too much of it well apparently the manager got rather upset and text me multiple times demanding and asking us how deer we also we got the unit on a Monday and only found out on Friday that there was a courtesy band that we could have used now the reason it so long to move out is because we were trying to find a vehicle to use to move our stuff into storage and then on the Friday we found out they had a courtesy van but the rest of the staff there I found to be extremely professional and very easy to deal with

The online team mucked up and didn t tell me the correct information and correct processes Spoke to the team in chch Riccarton and they fixed the problem and we re really good Is a great team

When you say first month free then you have pay to pay for that first month then it is not free Assistant manager one of the rudest people I have met and did not help with our sign up Only went through with the rental because we had to Very rude Assistant manager

On Sunday April 16 the facility in Richmond Rd was unavailable around 2pm because of a fault in the door mechanism Another person trying to get in said this had happened to him on the weekend once before

I wasn t able to pay in person and then was never sent an email with a link to be able to pay and now I am being charged late fees I left the country the day after I rented my storage space and haven t been able to call about this discrepancy due to the time difference

I had given all the information required for a unit and the one assigned was not appropriate as I was storing a motorcycle and was required to take it down a hallway The young lady on the day I came in was very helpful and showed me another lock up which was perfect But the price for such a small lock up was so expensive at 250 per month I had my motorcycle stored for less than a week But I understand I could have used it for 4 weeks
