You have stopped me accessing my storage There are so few people in the building normally that it would be easy to remain more than 2m from other people So you get a 1 star review

The bad saved by the good
The booking day went okay however we weren t given an access code to get in the Onehunga facility and the storage unit was locked Rang helpdesk they phoned SK people and Andrea was very helpful She generated an access code and gave approval 4 green SK padlock to be cut off Biggest praise 4 helpdesk and Andrea but let down by Onehunga site staff

Particularly impersonal inflexible staff My storage unit doesn t open easily wouldn t lock at all I had a sore back one of the staff walked past so I asked for a hand move one thing He refused saying it was policy Do you really want to store with a company that makes such rules
