Great storeage

Friendly and helpful staff and well run and clean premises I used this storeage previously during recladding of my apt They were then located in Mt Eden I was disappointed they had relocated to St Lukes but with a past relationship I joined them once again Parking at St Lukes is nothing like Mt Enden causing it to take more time however the assistance and storage facilities made up for lack of parking I will continue to remain faithful

Had an issue with getting signed up

Had an issue with getting signed up online I had to go into the business to register my details even though they specified that it should be done online The Office Manager was wonderful a good problem-solver and very efficient The facility is clean The roller doors work perfectly

Great staff unclear pricing

The staff are super helpful prompt in their replies and friendly The only thing that sucks is the pricing isn t particularly clear There was a special on the webpage but you couldn t see what the usual price is It s kind of like a car dealership it seems like POA Facilities are tidy clean and well maintained

Overall a good experience most info relayed to me although i wasnt told about one free load in truck or free trailor Havnt been told details about movers you have available or recommended but ive heard rummour you work with a moving company Staff are very friendly helpful and top marks for the security and pest control

The overall service was good at their St Luke s storage services My experience was very good and I hope the service is the same across their other storage locations as well

Modern secure new college hill site Akl central storge

I was looking into local storage sites online And left my details with several companys in the city area The manager from the brand new college hill facility called back the following day He was really great to deal with and gave me a tour of the site that day Super high tec security systems and athentication protocols He also happily match pricing for any other city locations Super clean brand new units of all sizes Inside an existing high stud warehouse Great security access hours and friendly onsite staff

The great efficient and friendly service I recieved no problem about showing me the options available and finding something that suited me Just as good when I needed to transfer to a bigger unit all done within 45mi s
