Good support for options to clear the unit with uncertainty of dates and timing given house sale Understanding and clear support with timing and pro rata costs for small or large extension on timing In critical decisions still to be taken on sale this level of support from the management is really appreciated Good customer service

Great service from a very nice lady named Tyla

We have only had our unit - now nicely full - for 3 weeks This is our first experience with storage units The delightful Storage King lady named Tyla made us feel right at home explaining fully what was entailed and took us up to the proposed unit for a viewing and made us feel very welcome and that nothing was a problem We booked the unit immediately and are very pleased we did

Simply put Storage King is heads shoulder above their opposition with the point being PEOPLE BEFORE PROFITS you actually count and are treated with due respect consideration TEN STARS to the staff and I have zero hesitation in recommending to all and sundry

Yuli made the whole process so quick easy Answered all my questions even changed somethings around for me as I had to change dates etc Nice clean tidy storage yard easy access Great prices This is my 2nd time using Storage King South and I ll definitely be back again

The amazing Yuli at Storage King Cambridge was super helpful and accommodating-and she followed up with all actions in a very timely manner even checked in with me as we hadn t moved into unit when originally anticipated Service and actually caring about customers like this is rare Can t recommend highly enough

The staff were very helpful from the moment we entered the office We were able to purchase packing equipment and a padlock Everything was readily available which made it easier for us Staff continued throughout our interaction with helping and advising us of the storage unit available to ensure we had the correct size A printout of fhe site and our unit was was also available to direct us
