The staff who looked after me was very helpful and courteous which made the experience very pleasant Moving house is always a very stressful experience so dealing with nice people is very soothing Thank you for this

Very friendly helpful service appreciated all my last min changes stirage king were very accommodating and understanding Knowledgeable to the size unit I needed also saying if you find it doesn t fit everything we have other units avaliable Stress free and the fact you got to use the van was a huge help Thank you botany storage king

they re a keeper for sure

the customer service I received was exceptional my storage space was clean and the unit it s kept in is clean and swept also with easy access in and out the option to purchase boxes n padlocks onsite make it convenient I didn t need those tho but good to have that option billing is transparent and price very affordable I am travelling in and out of Auckland so the hours of access suit me also Thankyou Swanson storage king I appreciate the service you guys provide

Was just a good experience no upselling or push to rent shown options and settled on the size I wanted Everything was quick and easy Much appreciated when you are in the need for space fast

Great facility with the top notch staff

The staff is top notch from the sign up day to moving out day Jadon and the team were amazing Making a stressful moving situation so much more pleasant Always available fast response continuous assistance very helpful very kind the units n the facility is clean l spacious looked after Definitely Rosedale storage king will be my first port of call if I need commercial storage facility again

Great phone service and then excellent follow up in person So easy to get the right information book a unit use the trailer to move in and great lighting trolleys customer toilet access by card heaps of room to manuveur around the yard Emails for follow up and for payment invoicing etc AND there was a pricing special on for next 3 months already have friends inquiring

Great customer service they even reserve Space and make your experience excellent

One of the guy was leaving his space which i was looking to reserve and the team sorted everything for me which makes it easier for changeover Excellent customer service

10 10 would recommend

From initial sign off through access issues forgetting codes advice on storage mattress protectors abd all the way to ending my account Grant and the team have been wonderful No mould or rodent mess not even spiderwebs A fantastic way to safely store my things Highly recommend using Storage King Henderson
