Humane customer service

I had an emergency I was panicking and had to reschedule my flight As opposed to most other online travel agents the customer service was easy to contact via phone The representative was human showed empathy and efficiency

Flexible and helpful company

Very impressed with StudentUniverse customer service Lines are open 24 7 There were some changes to the flights and we were informed immediately and urged to phone the free number Helpful and flexible advisors found alternatives on two occasions Eventually after another flight cancellation I requested a refund and it was very easy to request money was back on the card the next day I did not expect this particularly because these were bargain cheapest-you-can-find economy tickets Very pleased and will be coming back in the future

Mistake put right

I made a mistake in my booking but was able to telephone immediately and a very helpful young man cancelled my wrong booking and sorted out a better one for me He was very patient and efficient

my flight was non-changeable non refundable but I did get a refund

I had a flight from manchester to jfk but my american student visa didn t come in time so I had to cancel my flight When I booked the flight it said it was non changeable and non refundable but I rang up anyway just to try my luck Anyway I had to pay a 75 cancellation fee I expected that but I received a good chunk of my flight money back within a few days The guy on the phone was really helpful and all round I had a good experience
