First Impression

I booked the flight ticket from Indonesia to UK last month via Student Universe website and it was actually the first time I was surprised because the price was cheaper compared to the price of flight tickets on other websites So I am really satisfied and happy Besides when I cancelled my flight with Qatar Airways they returned my refund in just less than a month Hopefully they will keep the good work

Spoke to Nicole today about cancelling a flight she was amazing She confirmed every detail with me to make sure I understand fully how the cancellation process worked and any fees that needed to be charged Definitely using student universe again

Great travel deals -Good Customer Service and Staff very helpful - this is the 2nd time I have used this company for travelling abroad and have had great deals on both my travels My one downside to the travels is the long lay over on my return journey

I was able to get through to one of the telephone operatives quite quickly and they dealt with my issue I had originally booked a flight but on getting to the add luggage section I was not able to do it for that particular flight I requested a cancellation and refund The operative cancelled my booking and the refund came through 3 days later

Brilliant experience booking both ways to and from the UK Saved 300 on both trips Cheaper than using Cheap Flights and all the other websites that offer deals Very straightforward too

Efficient complaint procedure

I booked 2 flights with Student Universe paid credit card debit But I didn t received any e-mail confirmation from SU A few days later I received upgrade offers from airline LATAM so provided Email was correct After raising a complaint with SU they reacted within 48 hours providing the missing data Very positive customer experience

I wrote on Trustpilot last week re being unable to get a refund from Student Universe Just opened mymail to see that they have refunded me in full for my sons flight that was cancelled by Air canada did not take long at all considering the state of the travel industry at the moment during covid I commend them for acting quickly

I was very sceptic when I clicked on the link as on all other websites the flight was three times the price But the flight got confirmed the booking literally took 2 minutes I m a frequent flyer and this really positively surprised me
