Gd value for money

Very plsed with company but only 1 thing I was annoyed about I ordered 5 items 3 of which was bedding Every day for 5 days running I had email saying 1 parcel was being delivered As said 3 items from the same department We re trying to use less waste etc yet I had 5 bags which each parcel was in instead of putting them all together in 1 big bag Plus 5 journeys for Envi using petrol diesel

Generally I don t normally have complaints and have always enjoyed a trouble free prompt purchase However my latest purchase wasn t trouble free the wrong item was sent so I had to then prove the mistake await an investigation and then return the wrongiy sent item at my expense I couldn t understand why then I had to re-order the correct item why couldn t it just be reissued studio had all the information yet I m the one having to do things to rectify studio s mistake Not entirely happy I will receive a full refund of the original order but only after a 14 day period Not a perfect process however the lady that dealt with my query was pleasant enough but did seem to stick to a script It won t stop me from using studio but I think there is room for improvement on this kind of issue

Parcel s were put in a safe place as I was out tv not so good as it was all smashed and is getting returned but will order another once my 14 days are up

I eventually found what I was searching

I eventually found what I was searching for but had to type in a generic term not the actual brand which would ve been faster The products look good and I hope they re as good when they arrive Never thought studio would have horse riding gear

Lovely cardigan

Lovely cardigan but unfortunately it is too small and as it would cost more than I paid for it it s not worth sending it back I have however ordered a larger one as I really like it In one review it says that it comes up large it doesn t

Great products at low prices

In general Studio is a good low price alternative for shopping It has a lot of competition from these other really low cost companies which have sprung up these last few years With a little bit more communication improvement from them it could up the score even more
