My dislike is being able to return item tbrough evri i have had to pay on two return packages and will stop me ordering in tbe future with them unless im able to get a qrcode to reurn items through evri

Your courier Evri is poor Had email to say delivery is expected on Saturday had phone call from driver to say parcels have been left outside house on Wednesday I was out as i was not expecting them till Saturday Information regarding delivery is very poor suggest changing courier

Very pleased with my duvet covers as I am with most products I order from Studio I have been an account holder for years but recently when checking my account or placing an order my password doesn t work and I have to change it every time This is getting very frustrating

curtains and cushions

Ordered matching curtains and cushion covers lovely material and colour however the finish leavea a lot to be desired have had to go over stitching as zip not sewn in oproperly in cushion covers

I love studio but ONLY when I can enter my account I have never known a company like this in my entire life You have to constantly change your password it doesn t save iPhone face recognition you re constantly locked out of your account - it s just an absolute nightmare I am not the only one to be having issues either everyone I know is I will be paying what I owe when I can get into my online account and shopping elsewhere It s a joke

Return process is a nightmare no return form in parcel tried navigating on app I have 2 jumpers to return so l m left with them just not worth ordering anything from studio anymore it used to be a good company

I use Studio regularly they have made some great changes however when it comes to making a payment it is very frustrating It repeatedly asks me to log in But doesn t log me in It didn t used to be so difficult

The driver went to the wrong house and wen my neighbour said you ve got the wrong house he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away it s a good job I get on with said neighbour

2 items seem a little to big so decided

2 items seem a little to big so decided to send them back and then to my horror found out you now have to pay for returns so I ve sent the items to my local charity shop

I Not happy with statement format am very happy with my purchases

I am very happy with my purchases But I don t like the format of the monthly statement I think that it should be itemized as you never know how much you are being charged per item Especially when you return an item
