Hi Before i started this program i was spending a lot of time on homework but i was not really getting anything done Sure i was getting the assignments and the steps done but i did not really understand the concepts And because of that i had to spend time near the exams preparing reviewing and revising all the things in the year for the test It was hard because i had to cram everything into my brain I was not reinforcing the things that i have learned throughout the year After using Dr Hugo s methods i have more time to do what i want and also study efficiently I was able to do more in a smaller timeframe Thanks Dr Hugo for all the helpful tips When i learned about the memory method i was shocked It helped my memory and i remember more things I would heavily recommend this to others Thanks Dr Hugo JR

This course really was great It shed light to many things that I know I wouldn t have discovered anytime soon The memory palace was one of my favourites A really smart and achievable concept that anyone can grasp I m grateful for learning these things now Multiple times I ve made a plan for a study session recently and stuck to it using things like reward loop hacks and taking advantage of the time it takes fore me to get working without distraction and stopping when I need a break At one time I went so far that I realised I had accidentally working into my own time But the satisfaction I had from the work I did just about made up for it This course is amazing and really teaches you useful life hacks Being kept accountable with emails also helps to make sure you dont ruin your streak

It has changed the way of my thinking and how to cope with exam anxiety and I can t wait for exams to come up so I can use these techniques and see the results
