I had some items forgotten to add in my cart and I have already processed the order I reached out to their customer service and they were very efficient enough to address my concern Although they weren t able to change my order they instead cancel it for me so I can re-order and make the changes This is already my 3rd shopping here and I have no problems with the delivery and is always on time I love how they safely pack my orders I love Kbeauty and I m so happy that somebody recommended this My only concern is the app website runs very slow but overall I m a happy camper

"Great prices delivery wait times are a bummer NBD"
I order from Stylevana about four times a year and I love it The customer service is non-existent but if I don t need my order ASAP and I have already looked at product reviews etc elsewhere or if I am re-ordering a product it s all good I ve never had an order not show but I have had to wait 3-8weeks for deliveries to arrive

Your products are really good and the offers let me save money which is great The only thing I complain about is the long wait time to receive my products But what I do is I choose those products that are available within 24 hours to be shipped and I manage to receive my order before the month after I placed my order

I ve ordered a few times from Stylevana and never had any issues I m in the UK and admittedly the order can take up to 6 weeks to arrive I assume this is due to customs procedures All the items have been well package and there are always a few free samples

So far my experience is positive They reply fast to my inquiries sometimes multiple replies from different CS I got my products from the first order Though it took almost 2 months I place other orders because you can t beat most of the prices and at least I don t have to worry about getting a fake product Also I always pay like 2 something for ensurance just to be sure I hope all will be well on my coming products too I ll leave another review once things changes

You have to make a decision whether you are prepared to wait or not I have always been impressed with stylevana The rewards system is decent Always find discount codes with freebies on insta Yes there s a little wait to get my order but for the prices I m paying for genuine products it s more than worth it They make me feel like a valued customer so happy to spend my money with them it s saved me a fortune

Great deals relatively fast shipping to CanadaThe products s expiration date that I ve ordered and received in September 2023 ranges from 2025 06 to 2026 05 One of the items I ve ordered was out of stock hence there was a 2 to 3-week delay to be fair it was a pretty niche brush Once they ve restocked it my parcel s shipment took around a week to arrive give or take Overall excellent services 100 ordering from them again
