"Over 1 month wait no order in sight "

Ordered on the Nov 25th it is Dec 17th Provided me with a tracking number for Evri which has been stuck at we are expecting your parcel since Dec 5th Have received two replies telling me to wait 10 days for the tracking to update Very untrustworthy trading practices and will report the website to trading standards I personally will not be purchasing from here ever again prices seems cheap but not worth it with the hassle of chasing the order Will be filing a chargeback claim

Credit cards kept declining Called my bank and they could not see why Kept getting the 3D secured authentication error By the time I got a card to work I missed out on the gifts with purchase for code Socigelf It gave me an error of for purchases over 53 I purchased 150 I ended up using another code to get something else

"One to the worst buying experience of my life "

Giving one because ZERO is not possible The delivery process didn t start until I sent a first email to support then stopped again for 3 weeks until I wrote another email Now after 20 days I m still waiting to know when I ll se my order Definitely not recommended I wish I would have seen these reviews before doing my order

"Absolute disaster"

Absolute disaster DO NOT PAY for express shipping It s a scam I paid for express shipping and its been more than 2 weeks they have not delivered my products It still showing that its in Hong Kong Worst service ever When I speak to them regarding the same they copy paste the same message overtime They mentioned them self on the email to me that express shipping is 3-7 working days I placed order on 6th December have not received my parcel yet When I asked them return the charges for express shipping I paid for They send me reason saying your product took time as it was not in the stock

0 star No delivery so far after three inquiries and yet goods has not leave the warehouse Mind you my order also includes express delivery Order no BWSVAUA160317093Really disappointed with dishonest and unfair commerce like this Requested for refund yet the just ask you to wait for another 5 days for the shipment to get going No thanks just give my money back so I can go somewhere else to get what I need instead of endless waiting and lies Not worth your time and effort guys

"NO ITEMS RECEIVED AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I placed an order BWSVEUB1000022493 and everything was in stock on the website but then it took over 5 days to be processed I contacted their customer service and they finally processed it stating the delay was because the free items I was supposed to receive were out of stock After this it was processed for export on the 18th of November Shipping is supposed to take ten business days for me to receive it On the 10th of December I was emailed that the delivery company could not deliver my package and that s why they would have to re-send it This was a blatant lie as it was probably lost in their warehouse before they could even hand it to the delivery company for shipment I was refunded for two items they did not have in stock and promised a new tracking number It has been ten days and I ve emailed countless times I have no new tracking number and I am extremely angry due to the horrible customer service Everything that could go wrong with this order has happened and I am waiting for a month and a half for items each time hearing more of them are cancelled off of the order which is MISSING DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT

"i wait since 24nov for my order "

i wait since 24nov for my order first the products were not in their warehouse at which i got a partial refund 10 days later my pack is being prepared by steady hands to hear that now all products get shipped and wait to be ready the customer service doesn t even read what you write they just slap with a premade template that doesn t apply to the initial request i asked for a full refund since the package is still in the warehouse i just want my money back now and will wait another month probably someone should train their employees to be focused on what their customers actually say and ask
