Good products but my God trying to communicate with these people is like getting water out of a stone You send 12 emails with a simple question and all you get is a copied and pasted email- save the hassle and shop elsewhere

"Item not in stock after an order go through"
I assume when I buy online if my order go through that my order is going to be ok every item are on stock I m not happy that it took almost 2 weeks to receive an email saying that what I ask for is not in stock and they don t know when It s going to be back I appreciate the reimbursement but you didn t offer anything else to compensate and give a better customer service Since Korean products come from abroad I have to pay duties so now I have to pay twice to buy it elsewhere I wish I knew sooner I would ve cancel my entire order and buy everything elsewhere I don t think I will use this company again

I can understand if shipping is slow from HK to US However this was not the case I paid for the order on 11 2 the payment cleared on 11 3 then silence for the next 11 days They were not preparing the package and it had not shipped I contacted customer service and received a response 2 days later Only then did they begin to process my order From there it was another 2 weeks before my order arrived It almost seemed like they were hoping I d forget I already paid I bet if I wasn t actively contacting customer service they never would ve sent the order

Customer service needs to be more proactive in solving issues I m really sorry but I have to write this review I should have read 1st the reviews here before I ve placed my order I was really excited for my order to arrive but now it s just causing me stress and time but your service leave me no choice I put my order to you for about a month now I purposely choose products that are already in stock Yes it s been shipped out but never reach me I ve contacted both you and evri which if i also knew will be your courier I wouldn t have push through my order I ve contacted the and they said they ve already shipped my parcel back to you I have been emailing you about the situation I can t believe this is causing me real stress and time really but to no avail you ve been ignoring my email It s not worth the price if this kind of service continues Please do address this my order number is BWSVUKA130675286 I have a screenshot of everything if you need further evidence Please not everyone can be patient forever The money spent on your products is not easily earned Improvement is a must

I fell for the paid TikTok ads and a coworker who had a single good experience with them I ve been emailing to request a simple update on my purchase BWSVXXA101306584 and a week later I have not received a SINGLE response that wasn t automated If I do not receive a tracking number or any other type of REAL update soon I will be disputing the charges and buying from another site instead Never in my life had I experienced such poor customer service from any company

"Miserable checkout experience"
Horrible horrible checkout experience Get rid of that awful special deals popup that completely covers the cart and cannot be deleted I don t recall what I finally did to get around it but I will always recall the frustration and the time I wasted just trying to give you my money

My first purchase was received I made another purchase beginning of Nov and I got a notification the end of Nov that my product was delivered to California instead of Oregon I m making another purchase in hopes I will get this one delivered to correct address
