"Way too Risky"
Way too Risky As much as I love the selection and prices at Stylevana it is so risky to order from them I once had a fake item sent to me which i wrote to them about but they did not respond I then disputed the charges with the bank but somehow they still won even though i had plenty of proof FYI It s an item that only comes in a glass bottle as confirmed by the brand when i corresponded with them via email This one from Stylevana came in a cheap plastic bottle Wow I recently decided to give them another shot but same kinda madness My order was placed on 22nd BWSVUKA130650871 but recently was informed that some items will arrive after 3rd of Jan and my parcel will be shipped out only then I wrote multiple times requesting my order to be cancelled but I kept getting identical responses to all my emails regardless of what I d write Eventually I was sent another email where they said if i keep the order I will be offered 10 off on my next order What is going on Why can t they simply cancel the order as requested if it is going to be shipped in January anyways I am now 112 short for items that may or may not arrive by mid January even though i need my sunscreen and stuff now Also because i had disputed charges with my bank previously they demoted rewards to a full level down although i have spent so much money s on their website

"Do not recommend"
Basically if there s a problem with your order it seems like the only way for them to look into the issue is for you to post a negative review somewhere public The lack of communication on their behalf really creates so much stress for the customers It s such a pity because I think it would be a great service otherwise By the way can somebody please look into BWSVEUB1000011144 Thank you

"Shipping prices"
They have an excellent variety of products and brands However I am not satisfied with the exorbitant shipping prices It said it was free shipping to the United States and yet they charged me for shipping 40 In a second attempt to purchase a single product eyeshadows that cost 8 the shipping price was 32 I think this was my first and last purchase since the shipping prices are very high

"Extremely slow handling and delivery process"
Products are authentic and well priced but extreme slow delivery It s been 3 weeks since I ve placed my order and it still hasn t been shipped They re also not responding to my email This will be the last time I order from them

I order about 15 days ago and still tracking is not provided yet I ordered several products but there is no proper answer from costumer support I email daily to costumer support but no answer I think now this site is not legit and file a claim against them

Slow herky-jerky movement on your website Checkout process really flawed having to re-enter information over and over again for registration because the page would not progress would keep reverting to same page for entering information

"Good products horrible customer service and shipping"
I made an order over a month ago and it s STILL processing I ordered from them knowing they have a long ship time but I didn t expect just the processing to take over a month and I d have to sit another month once they re done processing my order Whatever that means They advertise shipping your products within 1-2 days get my products STILL haven t shipped And no one responds when you email them so I can t even get an update on my order I emailed support-stylevana com but no one replies i even emailed support ca-stylevana com but it s the same their customer service is terrible I need them before winter break since I ll be out of state i didnt think it would be a problem since I ordered 3 months in advance but now I m starting to worry I won t have my stuff by then I which is crazy because I ordered so far in advance - means since I can t add email address I hope those are right because no one responds

The website is not user-friendly it s heavy and every page takes forever to load The checkout process is cumbersome I couldn t find the checkout button The only reason I return to this website is because of the great selection of products Otherwise it s unpleasant to use
