Ordered slippers as a Christmas gift After a week or so I asked about the status of my order only to find out the they were out of stock and the ordered cancelled Would have been nice to notify me so I could make other plans Not shopping here again

I only wish I could give NEGATIVE stars My 99 year old mother asked me to please place an order for because she could not make the representative understand her nor understand the representative I called placed an order for a product my mom uses daily The order came within a week But only received 2 out of the six items she ordered but the rest would be shipped separately Three weeks later I called to report we still had not received it Was told because hers was a rather large order it must have been overlooked Mom was completely out of the product and was told they d ship it over night Received one of the remaking four next day but then nothing Called again a week later it had been shipped previous day give it a couple of days Now TWO weeks later original order placed SIX weeks ago I cannot make any of their representatives understand we did not originally order only two bags They say they sent an extra one the overnight shipment and the order is completed I ve told them she has been billed the ENTIRE order six weeks ago and the amount They then started with order is completed again I asked them why there s a second shipment on her account for the remaining items then they tell me wait a few more days THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I applaud people who s first language is not English and are just trying to make a living But when they cannot understand what I m saying I blame the company for putting them in that position I have called her credit card to cancel their payment

Don t waste your money on this company
Ordered a round 60 stone 60 marble fitted tablecloth for our deck table Got both but the marble was a 48 Sent it back for replacement Received the exact same thing Would not refund my money until they had it processed in their warehouse even though I showed them proof that I had sent it back wasn t trying to keep it Took almost 2 months to get my refund and what s worse the stone tablecloth didn t even last one season The elastic dry rotted blew off the table in the wind Waste of money Will never order from them again Nothing but garbage products and a hassle to get money refunded Buyer beware

My one-time order somehow turned into a 14 95 month subscription I have no idea what the 14 98 charge is for I have tried unsuccessfully to get them to stop charging my account Next stop the bank and I am reporting as a scam Poor SENIORS who have no ability or knowledge to stop this scam

Did not receive what I ordered
I ordered an item I thought but got only refills When I went back to the site it was rather confusing but I found that there was no way to order the item Calls to Support Plus verified that the item was no longer available To return the refills it would cost more than the item I will not order from Support Plus again

read the small print if you order through SP ordered through PayPal hit with a monthly charge of 14 95 for some club membership of theirs very sneaky in my opinion requested refund of monthly charges requested name dropped from catalog mailings and so called membership will be checking for my refund due in 2 to 5 days

Was not expecting the recurring charge for the useless VIP membership They do have some decent items but the whole thing is a fishy mess Sic Scam I would avoid doing business here unless you want to be charged 17 dollars a month for the opportunity to save 10 on your future orders only they aren t upfront that people are purchasing this useless membership I clicked the button and said do you wanna save 10 and then when I went to check out was informed that I had been signed up for this baloney membership They are not easy to deal with and keep shuffling you around different phone numbers I was able to find a web link to cancel this VIP membership I m still waiting to see what happens They tried to charge my card a couple times Luckily I did change the card number after this happened but they are still attempting stay away from this company

SCAM ALERT - they sign you up for recurring charges from them
Do not purchase anything from this company Apparently when you do you re automatically signed up for their VIP service That will then have a recurring charge on your card for 16 95 a month I bought a blood oxygen thing when we had Covid so hard to find spring 2020 and never noticed these charges Customer Service Becky was very nice when I spoke to her and promised a full refund We ll see if that happens
