An improvement so far thankfully

Still trying my insoles out as I have only had them a week They are currently in my Wellington boots and seem to have made the knee pain less when walking my dogs on the beach during rainy days

I ve had a bad back for 3 months After reading several articles on back issues I decided to try your arch supports I ve been wearing them for 3 days and I ve noticed a huge improvement The quality seems better than those found in local shops

Great so far

I honestly didn t think a new insole would do anything much I mean I have arthritis in my knees mixed with a fallen arch in my right foot yey go me and have been in pain for months now frustrated at not being able to cope well with my job but this seems to be working I ve tried all kinds of things over the last few months and nothing has really made a dent Now I m not saying these are a wonder cure I still have my issues but they are DEFINITELY helping get through my work day and that s good enough for me
