rude arrogant customer care
Incredibly rude and arrogant customer care - thanks Nick After six months of using an Adobe license purchased from surfspot nl it disappeared from my Adobe account After several back and forth the attitude of Nick became more and more rude insisting that I am wrong and that it was my mistake somehow assigning my subscription to the wrong Adobe ID Even after several explanations of having never had more than one Adobe ID that I was signed in and USING Adobe when it suddenly asked to start the trials buy products of how and when I redeemed their product and screenshots of emails that I purchased the product in March 21 and that its gone now in Sept 21 I eventually demanded a refund of the remaining six months and he finally OFFERED to give me a new licence- a sure sign of a mess up from their end I do not recommend purchasing any products from their website if this is how they deal with issues Because I didn t purchase from Adobe directly they could not help me in anyway and I was left with slow and arrogant responses from surfspot handling it terribly in the process

I bought Windows 10 and 11 pro licence
I bought Windows 10 and 11 pro licence codes Both can t be activated The customer service only works through email The email response is just generic you re using a wrong code and wait and try again I tried both already and even installed windows 10 11 from scratch I asked for return of my money paid for windows 10 pro licence No response on that I feel helpless I shouldn t have bought from surfspot and would not buy again A scam

Order number 3101437922 I ordered a MacBook via Surfspot On the website the indicated delivery time is within 4 days and given I placed my order on 26 Nov it should have arrived at my doorstep before Nov 30 And now 14 days later the order is yet to be dispatched I am deeply disappointed with such long delivery time and the overall quality of the service The whole situation is upsetting especially for a returning customer like me I expect a timely response and a quick resolution to this issue I am looking forward to your response

dont trust this company
They sell you a microsoft license and write somewhere in the fine print that you cannot use it online The advertisement is focused on students but you are not able to work on group projects when you buy this Also no phone number on the site to contact if you have problems only chat bot Would not recommend buying from this company

Lie after lie
I purchased an iphone on November 11 which arrived damaged inside the box I contacted Surfspot the same day to report the issue but they refused to accept the return citing delays with their supplier as an excuse Over the following weeks and multiple interactions with customer support I was repeatedly promised a resolution within 1 2 days However no progress was ever made Each time I was met with the same excuse We cannot generate a return label Even when I offered to return the phone at my own expense my request was rejected asking me to wait longer Frustrated I reached out directly to their supplier only to discover that the explanation provided by Surfspot was false This experience has been extremely disappointing and I hold Surfspot entirely responsible for their lack of accountability and support

They won t help you
Hey i bought an adobe license from surfspot i try to go to my adobe and it doesn t work so i decided to contact customer service this has been one of the worst customer service ever They keep telling me one of the their second line of support will help me as soon as possible they just shove the problem aside and don t help I did not recieve any awnser of the second line of support either thanks surfspotr for taking my money

Unprofessional
Single-handedly the most incompetent service Communications are operated by high-school attitude level employees logistics non-existent I ordered hardware of over 1K value fatal mistake they took my money and said date of shipment unknown maybe in 6 weeks I then asked them to specify within two days 5 days in total from order date or I consider to cancel my order to which the employee replied We have already indicated to you 2 times that the delivery time of your order is currently unknown I do not expect this to change in the next 2 days Therefore we are going to cancel your order as you yourself suggested in your message According to EU law a trader must refund all consumer payments including delivery costs within 14 days of withdrawal notification I will take legal action if this isn t complete within this framework

Customer service is responsive but unhelpful
I purchased the student Office 365 licence but this product has given me issues with logging in multiple times When I contact customer service with all the troubleshooting steps I ve already done I get swift but very generic advice It takes a lot of emailing back and forth and repeating long steps they asked for a full reinstall of Office multiple times even when I said I d already done it with the proper support tool to potentially get issues fixed It appears like their customer support staff isn t very knowledgeable on the issues I m experiencing repeating a general script instead of actually answering my questions or giving me any explanation on my problem I ve been unable to use my product for 6 days now my email conversation with Surfspot is 26 messages long and I still don t have a solution Update it took 6 full days for them to come to the solution I d asked for in the first place it was an error with my username so I needed a new one It worked immediately so my product works now but I m very frustrated it took this long

Fast service
Suddenly Creative Cloud demanded that I purchase an expensive subscription But I had renewed my academic subscription a few weeks earlier through SURFspot I emailed SURFspot and they replied the next business day with a suggestion which I tried It failed and I sent screenshots to them as suggested in the first reply The second reply suggestion came the next day and it solved the problem SURFspot proved to be professional prompt and polite In a word perfect
