Absolute bullsh1t Totally disappointed I just wanted some student discounts in order to buy some clothes online man This does nothing don t waste your time registering and waiting for confirmation etc Every time I try to use a code on any site it doesn t work and I don t even wanna deal with deactivating my account because I know it s not gonna work I m just not gonna try anymore Suck my ass and have a nice day

I was using UNiDAYS for Apple Music

I was using UNiDAYS for Apple Music discount and all of sudden I can t login to my account I requested a reset password link 5 times and never got one I emailed them several times and they did NOT respond They need to be investigated for scamming and fraud

Pretty sure it s a scam

Been trying to verify my account as an educator at a university All I get are generic emails informing me that my email address is not valid as it s not a personal email address at a higher education institution it is I tried uploading my staff ID card as well as instructed and kept getting emails saying the document cannot be used to verify as it does not contain information X Y and Z it does Kept emailing and trying to make my case but all I get are generic emails that do not address any of my questions and comments and keep repeating the same requests to provide information X Y and Z Completely worthless and I m pretty sure it s a scam Last time they asked for a copy of my work contract or some tax document Like hell I m giving them documents that contain a lot of personal and sensitive data lol Edit Of course they immediately post their generic reply below my review as that is all they re capable of doing As noted in the review emailing UNiDAYS is more pointless than trying to dry up the ocean with a beach towel Good riddance

Platform is discriminatory

I have sent in over 10 different pieces of evidence to unidays over the last couple weeks all which have been rejected There excuse is that my screenshots don t include valid dates when one literally has my start date and end date of my course platform is not accessible to online homeschoolers and this is a massive issue they clearly do not care and don t even try to make their platform accessible It is clear to anyone that i am taking my a-levels they just do not want to verify me ridiculous

When you have 1 3 stars out of 5 and 85 of 1 star reviews I am sure most companies would ask themselves are we doing something wrong or what needs changing but definitely not with this useless website I have sent numerous emails or reverified my student status through the app and I always get the same email response please include an official document from your learning provider that that has your name includes current academical year dates and learning provider details I sent all that several times and just get same bloody automated response all the time I had no problems with StudentBeans or with other websites using the same document UniDays must be thinking they are Government services And no need to respond to this review with your fake useless reply We are so sorry you have been experienching issues with verifiying your UniDays Please email us I have done that numerous time but I can t get anywhere with the same automated response that does not solve anything

Awful customer service Pointless Go elsewhere

Awful Saying they cannot read a perfectly legible staff card photo send an university appointment document - not good enough send a link to my staff profile on the university website - not good enough point out Im easily checked as Chief Editor of an academic journal - not good enough send all of this from a university email account - still dont meet the criteria I am an actual Professor FFS where do Professor s come from Pointless waste of time Rather than spending 4k on an Apple with education discount I shall buy a much better PC at half the price
