Shocking service - Wanted to double check if a product is in stock and not rely on their website before we buy it - Was told in person when called in that it is in stock when reflected as such on the website We then paid for two of the items and then a couple days later was advised they do not have it and they will have to look elsewhere Wasted more time waiting when the product alternative was not nearly the same Also the lack of communication or slow communication a huge problem - unfortunately not good excuses as service delivery is hugely lacking

Communicated with Ziki and requested a quote for two Fifepo4 batteries Ziki referred me to their web site which does not provide a quote facility How in goodness gratious is one supposed to do business with a company where the staff are not even willing to provide a quote Zero rating in my books Amazing how a lazy staff member can throw a company name away Added received a pro-forma invoice after a few emails Was informed that even though I can oay by card in store I cannot collect the stock at the same time Asked to confirm pro-forma is still valid a few days later only to be told its not valid anymore even though there is no expiery detailed on the pro-forma and then note that the price for the battery has be increased to 1000 of the original price on their web site O M W

16 days now waiting for a common Victron charger to arrive after order and payment and it s still not here

I bought and combo of lithium and inveteri only receivded a battery and still waiting for the inventer still today your service is very bad and unprossessional and even thinking of opening a fraud case no clear explanation why am not receiving my goods as per the delivery agreement on the website purchase was made on the 2oth of this month

After ordering 2 solarpanels and one was received broken on delivery they decline responsibility to replace it

I changed the delivery address for my order when ordering it online but they tried to deliver my order to the previous delivery address Getting phone calls from the courier company at inconvenient times were really a problem No problems with the items I have ordered

1 Enquired received offer and placed order in writing 2 Was told they do not accept written orders have to be placed via website 3 Placed the order via the website but had to do it three times as their checkout process failed three times trying to use a credit card two different cards so not a card issue 4 Eventually did an EFT to pay 5 Received confirmation of order scheduled the electrician to do the installation but was then told after payment that a key item was out of stock and on back order Asked for a loan so system could at least be tested but a flat no they don t do that Was about to borrow a battery from another installation when they finally found an alternative Why was that not offered immediately 6 Collected goods Took one look at panel and said where are the mounting brackets Answer they have to be ordered separately This was never mentioned on the website or in any of the previous correspondence 7 Said OK please supply Sorry they said only Zeke knows about brackets and he is out When will be back I asked No idea was the answer 8 Asked that Zeke call me when he got back so that electrician could complete installation - the electrician was on site so this was urgent 9 Waited the entire day and still not a word from Sustainable So overall Poor website poor stock control un-knowledgeable staff and poor service

We ordered and paid for a Bosch LP gas geyser with urgent Express Courier delivery from Sustainable as our existing geyser no longer worked Firstly we were told that the item would only be shipped in 1 - 2 weeks For an urgent delivery The specific item ordered was unavailable and we were notified of this only 3 days after our order was placed More expensive alternatives were offered and we chose one Sustainable finally found the specific geyser we ordered 6 days after our order was placed It took 10 days from order for the parcel to reach us We requested and paid for Express Courier delivery from Cape Town to Swellendam 250kms away which cost us R830 00 for a box measuring 71X36X28cms and weighing 4 2kgs However the geyser took 2 days from dispatch from the warehouse in Cape Town to delivery in Swellendam - that is not Express Courier I suggested that they use a nother courier company who could deliver overnight and got no reaction from Sustainable I have also highly recommended that they remove the Express Courier delivery option from their website if they are unable to guarantee that service to out lying locations There was no offer of a refund for an Express Delivery fee that didn t happen This is not a good reflection of their customer service I m afraid and left an extremely bad taste in this customers mouth

Some of the solar lights I bought were really poorly made one doesn t work properly because of shoddy connections They are cheap plastic One can t really see that from the photos

Too much time spend between order and payment done and the delivery Stock not always available
