Your contact seemed to be very knowledgeable and provided a good service As long as what he said was true then it was a good interaction He was prompt with everything that he said that he would do It also seemed easy to deal with him

Having made contact with this company back in October I did receive 2 calls and an email Then nothing I completed the online form again and then received a call back over several days Didn t answer as not in my contacts No voice message left Rang back and since everything seems on track Only hope I need to contact that the number given works

Very friendly and efficient service from both Uthmaan and Wiktoria Our water supply rates quoted were cheaper than staying with our current supplier The quote was easy to read and understand and taking out a new contract was really straight forwards

SwiftSwitch worth a try

Mason has been very helpful when dealing with a complex problem The change in Utility provider has yet to happen but if that goes according to plan I would give him 5 stars

Switch of Water Supplier

Mason was very clear in the information he provided and answers to my questions - he clearly knew his stuff The change from one supplier to another was very swift - possibly a bit too quick - but nonetheless I hope expect to save approx 1000 pa on the water bill

Docusign did not work from a mobile

Agent was very responsive and helpful but Docusign did not work from a mobile phone double digits in bank account number boxes but only first numbers visible on compacted phone screen Had to wait till pc was available to be able to complete

Firstly we spoke on the phone and arranged a date to discuss quoting for the Water Supply Contact was made by Harry Russel who compared our currant supplier with Water Plus I agreed to change over and Harry took care of the contract and its detail I found Harry very helpful and he made the process of changing supplier very easy The only thing I would comment on I was never offered a 1 or 2 year contract only 3 years

The consultant Jason Lewis First contacted me with some options to renew my utility contracts During our discussion I had a couple of queries which Jason aid he would get back to me about When he did he not only answered those queries but had also found an even better deal for me
