I have been desperately trying to get hold of swim and fun our pump has stopped and we think we need a new one Please can someone help please You go on the site and you cannot buy anything it just gives a pdf for instruction manual We absolutely love our set up but are desperate to replace the pump

The pumps seems to be ok quality

The pumps seems to be ok quality Powerfull and silent I only used it one day so I can t judge further on quality All well so far But the user manual is a direct insult towards a paying customer Like as if they think We be got your money now so we don t care anymore You know how some products have very bad instructions Well Swim and Fun has taken this to a whole new level You can basically assume there is no manual Quite sad that no one can sit down and use a few hours on making a propper description with decent pictures on how to assemble and install this stuff I did manage to find a video on Youtube but this is very unpractical when you are outside in the sun watching on a tiny screen on your phone I had to walk in and out to my computer after every step and the video sometimes jumps over details that are important Unexceptable

Complicated contact at the beginning due to a factory fault but once contact was established with customer relations we were delighted with the solutions proposed and the responsiveness of the company advisor We recommend these design and functional pools as well as the after-sales service
