We purchased a pool at the Namco Store in Nashua New Hampshire After having a few negative experiences in the past we still returned to get a pool for our children When the installers were finally able to come in to install the pool we realized that there was a few parts missing including the liner and therefore the installation could not be completed I had to reschedule my water delivery more than once I m work around my work schedule to address these issues Karen Sievel reached out to me from the corporate office She was absolutely excellent She was very patient and understanding She gathered all the necessary information and tell gently worked to try and resolve my issues She immediately tried to get us a liner that would fit our needs and stayed on the phone with me as long as she needed to She was very responsive and followed up to all my concerns during the process She was able to get me the proper liner shipped to my house It sounds pretty straightforward and easy but it was not She even provided her own personal cell number in case I had a hard time reaching her at the office No matter what time of the day I reached out she responded It was a long painful process but without Karen I would have returned everything and never went back to the store Your company should be very grateful to have Karen on your team She is a perfect example of what great customer service really is I really hope that someone takes the time to recognize her for her diligence he and great effort and dedication to keep a customer happy
