Great making the videos

Too many issues is the video processing 9 times out of 10 will get stuck at 99 and you have to try again Very disappointing You are limited on subjects you can use their Avatars for and will prohibit downloading the video We just cancelled AVOID

Manuel review for AI video app is not a good idea I wait 3 hours still waiting for Manuel review but no response Customer service says there are many videos piled up overnight Which is probably working daytime to me and they tried to manually check videos Man machine communication Good job guys

Demo is a waste of time

The first time I use their demo I get the Your AI video was moderated for violating our Inappropriate Language guidelines Like others here I did not use any foul language at all in my text to video request Yet this is the result Don t waste your time money with these clowns

Everything went wrong Made three attempts to generate a simple AI video per their free trial one time offer and wasted 30 minutes of my life as there were no vulgare or inappropriate words whatsoever yet all 3 attempts were rejected Will never try to use again Horrible experience

Buyer Beware

I wanted to use the platform to make a series of humorous TikTok videos for my skincare company It took a day for them to generate the video and then moderate it and then reject it twice--once for bullying harassment and stalking and the second time for promotional activity and spam I requested a refund If they don t want their platform used for ads or commercial purposes this should be prominently stated upfront Definitely not a platform ready for prime time Not holding my breath about a refund but will never get back the time I wasted Buyer beware

Very poor customer service my videos were rejected I tried to reach out to customer services however the bot kept closing the conversation and urging me to contact customer services however when I did I got a reply just ignoring my concerns and telling me to cancel my subscription if I don t like the product Very rubbish customer service complete lack of care I am raising a dispute with my bank and contacting stripe to report that you don t follow your own terms and conditions

This is a useless lying company with little or no abilities in AI They cannot produce the tests you request all you get back after a wait is their ad Avoid like the plague
