its an amazing thing it helps me alot

Great invetion

I like it i feel my abdominal muscels strait a way after 1-3min i never traint with something like this And it dosent need so mutch space to store it just put them under my bed Great invention

Highly recommended

This thing hits the abs like no other device The grips are also designed in a very pleasant way so that the workouts go easy on the wrists Overall it s a very solid piece of equipment that allows a large variety of exercises and on top of that it s also portable so I can carry it in my bag or suitcase when going on vacation

Unexpectedly amazing

I have always been aware that planking is the supreme discipline among core torso exercises No piece of equipment or exercise trains the entire torso as intensively as the Dexton Through better stability in the torso I was able to significantly improve my performance in dead lifts and squats I have incorporated the Dexton into my training programme and it has become indispensable
