Excellent service

Kerri and Siritta have been patient and helpful throughout the 7 5 months it has taken to complete the sale of an apartment I owned My Buyers Solicitors were singularly unhelpful coming back time and time again with questions and queries which could have been dealt with quickly if they had asked them sooner The sale was finally completed today Many thanks to Kerri Siritta and the rest of the team

Talbot was involved with our selling home process Our solicitor ML was very open to our specific situation of wanting to sell the property pretty quickly as it was empty and was paying mortgage on it ML opened the file quickly and was responsive Went over an beyond on occasions by responding to queries out of usual working hours The sale was completed in 10 weeks and we are happy with the outcome
