Quick and easy new build purchase

Our experience with talbots was great As first time buyers purchasing a new build Emily Sadler and her team were incredibly helpful The process was easy and if we had any questions both Emily and Lauren were quick to answer We had swift responses via email and I was always able to reach someone in the team via phone too The process was very quick and the team were even able to bring our completion date forward and worked to a really tight deadline Huge thank you from us

We were recommended to use Talbots Law when we bought our new home I was put in touch with Ethan who was very helpful and always came back to us within a working day with any queries we had I only had to call the office twice as they always kept me up to date of anything that was outstanding When Ethan was on leave there was always someone covering so you were never left not knowing what was happening Thank you for all your help and an easy process

Fabulous professional service

We recently moved from Scotland to Oxfordshire and Talbots were recommended to us by the builder of our new build house Our contacts were Ethan Davis and Tori Richards The level of service was first class from start to finish The team obviously know what they are doing All communications were extremely clear professional and timely Any queries were dealt with quickly and effectively Everything happened as they said it would when they said it would and the completion was finalised without a single problem The fees were also very competitive compared to other quotes were received Highly recommended

Amazing experience

Selling someone else s house is always daunting especially when you have never done it before and have no information However this was such an simple process The team could not have been more helpful and understanding They managed to complete in a relatively short period of time despite all the obstacles that seemed to pop up I was so impressed with their care and diligence A really amazing experience in the midst of troubled times I am thankful to have had their support
