A seamless transaction with them after

A seamless transaction with them after we established contact I was dealt with by Mercy and Rachel who both responded extremely quickly to my emails and calls My only reason for not giving 5 stars is I don t really understand the point of the app I sat in silence waiting for any requests but it s not used However that did not distract from the outstanding service from Mercy and Rachel Thanks very much

Mr Liam Jones has been my main point of contact He s been professional supportive and efficient even while studying at the same time hats off to you With no experience or understanding he was ready and patient in explaining the steps and progressed my case at a steady rate Better communication among the team may be helpful but in all would recommend Talbots to home buyers

Cannot really fault as everything was handled accordingly First time buyer so wasn t really sure on the process one thing I would like to suggest is more telephone contact to help first time buyers understand processes and jargon Overall handled my case very well and was very happy with the outcome

First time buyer

We bought our first home a few weeks ago and used Talbots law to deal with the purchase Took a while but emails were replied with within the week all monies statements and relevant documents sent were correct Suraj and Rachel in particular was very professional prompt with chasing my case in the final stages and phoned and kept me updated regularly As it was my first purchase I did not know what to expect Suraj guided me and throughly explained the process throughout the purchase easing any concerns we had I am grateful to Suraj and Rachel for helping me to complete the purchase highly recommended first time buyers to use talbots

Good service however communication a bit slow

Although the communication sometimes is a bit slow Mike s team managed to move things along quickly when needed Priya was a star Extremely helpful trying to put me in contact to the person that was dealing with my case at the time Finally Mandeep managed to get the completion done after some chasing Overall a good service with good results

Good experience commication lacking slightly

We bought our first home through Talbots Law Stourbridge Branch and we had a good experience overall They were attentive and effective at meeting our needs However in the earlier stages updates were sometimes sparing leaving us to feel left adrift without clear direction or guidance unless we actively followed up Would recommend to others and would have given a 4 5 if that were an option Feedback we would provide would be ensure that clients unfamiliar with the process are hand-held just a little more than they are

I was very pleased with the work of Khaled I did think the fee for a remortgage was a little on the high side but he was professional and generally readily available The speed of completing the process even with some hiccups from external parties was good Marvelle

I used Talbots law to deal with buying a property from a family relative as a concessionary purchase Took a while but emails were replied with within the week all monies statements and relevant documents sent were correct Mandeep in particular was very professional prompt with chasing my case in the final stages and phoned and was in touch at an instant A real credit to his team Natasha Emma Zara also were good As it was my first purchase I did not know what to expect however I am grateful the team helped me to complete get on the property ladder
