Let me say this on the record that Tap s Onboarding process is THE BEST in the industry i have seen Ms Nida Bham from the Sales Team was extremely helpful in providing useful information and finalizing the onboarding requirements as soon as possible I am pleasantly surprised that a platform Tap which i never expected anything from has proven to the best among all other competitors such as Stripe Telr NoonPayments and so many other competitors from UAE Companies like Tap must rise to the top as they deserve a high ranking place

We had so many Payment Costing issues with previous Payment system Since we are using Tab Payment we are very satisfied in terms on Payment Costing Specially thanks to Ms Nida Bham to suggest us this Payment system support

AS a Merchant

AS a Merchant I am satisfied with how they support merchants and do not ask for complex requirements however I have observed many of my customers are complaining payment declined problem like 50 percent I hear this my revenue got decreased by 200 usd to 400 usd everyday because of tap payment decline problem I used PayPal before and nobody complained this I request tap to make stronger relation with western banks so they can trust them and process transaction easyily without blocking also improve their dashboard of merchant thanksUpdate I am changing to 5 stars They have improved there service way too much in short period of time its just amazing now Tap Payments Is 10 10 by now Plus they added Apple Pay for fast and secure payments
