I will not recommend this service to anyone I was alot of money close to 400 euros for using them and this was what I could have done myself

Very high fee for very little to do I highly don t recommend them and would highly recommend you do your own tax return as it dosnt require much effort to do just read up about it and you ll have it done in no time

Huge scam

It s a scam people just go on revenue it takes as long to do and is arguably easier Irish taxpayers already funded an updated tax returns system a few years ago This is a SCAM

Alod of scammers they process your tax refund with out you even knowing about it i only realised after 2 years where my tax was going after they changed my account details on my tax returns scumbags keep your details and dont give them a single cent

I m giving them a 1 star review because if I could give -1 review I would with a pleasure I was in touch with revenue they confirmed that they sent my tax back funds of 1 090 I was so shocked when I logged into revenue and seen that the bank details were changed and I had no clue who had owned that bank account I sent them numerous email to give me my money back they don t answer at all this is absolutely ridiculous If you were to ask me would I recommend this I d say no STAY AWAY CONTACT REVENUE AND DO IT YOURSELF

They were efficient with my tax rebate but took a 40 fee total crooks

2months awaiting rebate Taxzap are trying every excuse possible to delay my payment

I foolishly engaged taxzap I am awaiting my refund from them since the 7th January and nothing They asked me to log in using the email I initially used and change my password I did this Now they are asking for photo id This is not necessary they previously stated as long as I could log into my account It s now 2 months I don t hold a passport or a driving licence I think you should allow revenue to calculate refunds and lodge directly to your bank account It s all automatically calculated anyway Quite easy I will be doing this from now on

Your tax refund is paid directly to them not you

They do your tax calculations and you will be refunded tax Of course they charge a fee for this which is fair But I was shocked to see their bank details on my revenue account so all my payments were to go to them I was then to have my tax refund returned to me by this company This is shady and I was surprised they were even able to change the bank details in my revenue account
