Taxzap made my tax refund process extremely easy It took less than 15 minutes to submit all of my required information Within 10 days my return was submitted to hmrc and around 8 weeks later my refund was in my account in whole minus the fees I disagree with fees being bought up in any sort of negative review as you are very much aware with how much the charges are before you start your process Taxzap were also extremely helpful and informative and very fast at replying to emails with any questions I had Overall very good service and would highly recommend this company Thank you
