Excellent service On opening we discovered one of our glass domes was smashed in transit I emailed customer service straight away they were very apologetic and promptly sent us a replacement next day The only thing I would say was that the light fitting was not fully ensembled which we were not aware of Anyhow the light is a perfect fit for our living room
