I recently booked a holiday through Teletext holidays and I couldn t be happier with the experience Bruce was extremely helpful and dedicated He discussed my preferences and budget and found the perfect deal for us The booking process was quite straightforward and Bruce explained all the details including flight timings hotel reservations thoroughly He also provided me with some alternate flights timings and made a package according to my request I mentioned Bruce that this trip is for our anniversary so he requested a cake for us with the hotel on our arrival Which was very thoughtful of him Overall I had a good experience booking my holiday with teletext

The helpful staff members that made booking with me on the phone Ken corrected an error made by a colleague of his in my original booking this was rectified and ken made sure we had correct spellings on added details
