Sarkar was absolutely brilliant Very personable friendly listened to and answered all my questions Helped me to get the best possible price for my holiday and arranged all of the particulars to make sure I will have the best time Really appreciate the level of service he provided I never considered using Teletext holidays before but I will definitely be booking through you again

We had issues with children s names

We had issues with children s names being wrong on flight itinerary Zane one of the adviserers at Teletext dealt with the issue promptly and resolved it in less than 24 hours He was professional polite and helpful during our phone calls He even followed up with a call to make sure everything is sorted with our booked holidays I would recommend teletext to anyone

Very helpful

Lisa was extremely helpful I told her I from the start I was apprehensive as it s been a very long time I ve used Teletext She put me at ease explained everything was patient as even on the phone I was still looking for holidays trying to get a good price In doing so she was able to secure me transfers etc in their price Correspondence came through immediately and I m already checked in I will see how the getaway goes and if as smoothly as the booking I ll go through Teletext again Thank you Lisa and the team warm regards Debbie

Fantastic customer service staff
