Unacceptable customer or lack of service
Had to call back on more than 4 separate occasions to deal with the same issue Each time I was on hold for at least an hour I had to explain the situation over and over again for every different agent I spoke to often bounced around between 2 or 3 different ones each one placed on hold for an hour or more When speaking to agents they were more interested in trying to upsell than to solve my issue
