Booking a holiday especially for a large group requires allot of patients and glad I came across Dean who was extremely helpful and persistent to find a solution when we kept on coming across hotels sold out for large groups Anyway we got there at the end and with a few hotels to choose from Was also accepting to my no so great Haggling skills from me but got me an amazing deal better then I would of from some of the other competitors Amazing service from Dean so thank you

Exceptional service throughout

I wasn t quite sure about booking the holiday as it was via the phone and no body does that anymore However it was the BEST decision I was connected with Sumeer and he was exceptional he made sure the holiday fitted my needs and was also able to really get some deals that I am not sure I would have found He was patient and thorough And was at great ease with it all If all agents are like Sumeer at Teletext I will be back Holiday now booked and ready Just got to wait now

I was looking for Holiday last Sunday

I was looking for Holiday last Sunday I was looking all day and it was hard to find the same holiday as my sister had booked the previous week I was hoping to get the same offer but was so hard Finally I found Teletext Holiday and I was so sceptic I dissuade to call and I had Mark explaining everything to me he was so patient and lovely to us He found the exact same hotel and flight for us and made me so happy Thank you Mark and I will back to you on my next holiday Thank you one more time
