Service could be better-great packaging

Ring turned up but the first tracking code was wrong and didn t work When I enquired it turned out it hadn t been shipped and another tracking number was provided that didn t work either so I was unable to track it until the courier contacted to say it was on its way When it arrived it was beautifully polished and packaged so top marks for that

Excellent postage but packaging let s it down

Excellent swift postage item arrived next day with a tracked and signed for service I adore the product but have deducted stars for the packaging I paid 650 for an item of clogau jewellery that arrived in a standard box with no warranty card or polish cloth or even protected in bubble wrap or tissue Just sent in a jiffy bag Would have expected more care taken in an item of such value Will order directly from clogau next time

My item has finally arrived

My item has finally arrived after a week of waiting Wasn t told it needed to be sized Then received email to say on way But then still had to wait 4 more days I am pleased with the ring but need to explain in detail wen selling items Regards delivery

2 charms purchased for individual xmas gifts Unforitunatel you only supplied one lot of packaging for the 2 charms also your delivery service only calls to house between 8 and 5 at these times i was at work so pick up point was about 5 miles away

Shipping delay after paying extra

I paid 5 95 for guaranteed next day delivery and expected to receive the order which was a gift by Friday The order was placed 1 20 pm on Thursday I got notification from T H baker that it had been packaged and sent to Royal Mail at 2 22pm on Thursday however Royal Mail did not receive the package until 5 02pm on Friday Thus I had nothing to give the recipient on Friday night The package was finally delivered by Royal Mail at 12 43pm on Saturday

There was a section where you could ask for watch bracelets to be adjusted to a required length My request was printed on my delivery note but it hadn t been adjusted Watch was fine and arrived when estimated but I had to get it adjusted myself Why offer a service if you aren t going to carry it out

Don t Click and Collect

The product is fine I would recommend this company However at check out I was given the option of click and collect I took this option as it offered a better chance of getting the product in time for our ruby wedding anniversary In the event DPD appear from the picture i received to go to the back of the nominated collection point Co-Op and then leave with the package undelivered I m not sure whether this is a reflection on DPD or T H Baker for not making it clear that it was click and collect It got worse after that as I paid DPD an extra 5 for next day delivery and they then delivered it two days later which was too late for me to present the product at our celebration party My wife loves the gift when she eventually received it but it did lose some of the impact and I was very disappointed

Buy in the shop rather than online

Unfortunately the mid blue colours in the photo of the dark blue sapphire earrings as seen online bought bore zero resemblance to the earrings themselves which were a poorer quality black not what I wanted at all My advice would be to view the item at the shop first before buying NB I should point out that my local TH Baker shop were very helpful in returning said item and I received a refund without any issues

Good price and delivery time not securely packaged

Good price and delivery time However the watch I ordered was not securely packaged The box used was too small leaving a gap in the parcel Luckily it arrived unharmed but I would be wary of ordering from you again because of this

Would have been 5 stars however the packaging of the watch was not great When I received it it had come out of the case and was rattling around in the box Fortunately it wasn t damaged but more care in preparing the item to be sent would be recommended
