To be honest the service from the Baker

To be honest the service from the Baker was great Unfortunately my goods came after my partners birthday and damaged box and wrapping that I had paid for It was probably royal mail fault The earrings were OK inside But birthday gift lost it s meaning when outer case and wrapping paid for was damaged

Speedy delivery securely packaged downside no instruction manual and trying to decipher the alpha numerals on the back of the wristwatch case beat my admittedly ageing eyes AND a magnifying glass The good news is that six days after receipt the watch is keeping perfect time It s a modestly priced Citizen Eco-serve Long may it continue

Easy to order citizen watch from t h baker payment plan was what made me buy watch from t h baker three payments over three months rather than one full payment unlike other online watch companies The citizen watch was new watch perfect condition unlike watch I brought from another online watch company were I returned the watch because it was second hand watch and damaged Would buy from t h baker again because of excellent service and easy payment plans and wide range of citizen watches and other high brand watches to buy from

TH Baker are a great Jewelers with extremely nice people working there Overall the experience was good What stopped my experience from being AMAZING was simply the fact that first watch sent out to me was clearly an ex-display which had seen better days The bracelet was all scratched up and actually looked like someone at some point had taken a hammer to it The support team were super helpful and diligent but it kind of spoilt my 50th birthday gift experience a little To compensate they gave me a gift card for a 100 etc nevertheless an experience is fixed Conclusion First experience 3 stars Support staff efforts 5StarsOverall 4 star

Nice ring but didn t realise it had to be resized so had to chase up for present position when 5 days went by However ring nice and once resized arrived quickly

The website is misleading

I was having issues with claiming the discount on the website it was quite misleading as it said if you spent over a certain amount which I was you would receive a 50 voucher which I didn t It seems you get one or the other

Packaged well easy to navigate website

Packaged well easy to navigate website and like that you can check for stock in your area etc I did order twice in a week first I had delivered to my home this came the next day the other I had click and collect which ended up taking 6 days I also didn t receive a message to state it was ready for collection even though the confirmation email did say to wait for this I d had a notification from the delivery company with photo of delivery and popped in the store whilst I was in town The staff were helpful and overall pleased with the service

Great company poor delivery

Very good service from the company answered questions and sent pictures Guaranteed mail service didnt work as 1200 ring left in unsecured location with no signature taken packaging ripped open showing jewelery box inside not really their fault but not great Lucky the item was still there when I got home

Problem with delivery instructions on online order form

The correct goods were delivered on the next working day BUT the alternative delivery arrangements caused me a lot of stress There was no information on the order form warning me that the delivery firm wouldn t leave the package in a safe place unless Ted Baker had instructed them to do so so I made phone calls and sent emails in vain to try to deal with this as I knew I would be out As it happened someone else was in to receive the package A simple warning would have saved me time and worry
