I received the wrong piece of jewellery

I received the wrong piece of jewellery with another persons contact details and my details and jewellery went to someone else

Do not expect to get these in the 2-3 working days as advertised

I have not received the goods purchased and have not been given the tracking number to track the item - phoned customer services and was told it is with Royal Mail but that is all they could tell me Purchased on 21st Aug and still waiting - this was an anniversary present and it looks as if it will not arrive before we go away for this celebration

Not happy as TH Baker local shop will not refund but ankle is chain too small Have contacted them online no reply but will have to return registered special delivery to return

Nomination Watch

When the watch I purchased arrived there was no red little tag to pull out to start the watch it did not work and the links were only 14 instead of 16 Watch was ment to be rose gold but was tarnished I believe the watch had been used I phoned head office straight away and I was offered to return it or take it to their store which I did next day they exchanged the watch and were shocked to see I had been sent a watch in that awful state This is a gift for my anniversary I must say every one were helpful with the exchange great customer service

Great customer service Fast delivery and fast refund - that s the only good think I can say The product description was very misleading Gold bracelet I bought looked amazing on the picture but when I got it it was hollow inside It felt like plastic Discounted from 700 to 350 worth maybe 80 I was very disappointed

Quick delivery that s about it

Only decent thing about the company is they do ship really quickly Purchased a Nomaination watch the links look strange and the clear film covering the watch face was hanging off Looks like it s been worn before Returning and hoping they can do a quick refund Has put me off purchasing jewellery online Also signed up to their newsletter for 10 off first order and the code didn t work Wanted to edit and advise if you are looking to make a return you need to cover the postage I ve sent it recorded delivery as I ve not had a response from their customer service team yet

Wrong size bracelet sent Inconvenient to send back and request a replacement Not had any communication since sending it back

Watch arrived quickly but was maybe an ex-display

Bought a watch as a present the specific watch the person wanted but hard to find - the only reason I didn t return immediately Watch arrived with the stem pressed in meaning the battery was dead The strap was supposed to be red but was a washed out pinkish possibly from being in direct sunlight or under bright lights Also there is a trace of an X on the back of the case I guess a sharpie which someone tried to wipe off later
