I have ordered a pear shaped diamond

I have ordered a pear shaped diamond ring and the diamond fell out I took it to another jeweller that told me it wasn t worth replacing the stone as the gold holding the diamonds was brittle I had only had it a few weeks so I contacted TH Baker and they sent me a replacement and the same thing happened again All my other diamond rings are fine from other stores Paid 600 00 Not much ro some people but to me it is I ve not bothered contacting them again as they made it clear they were only replacing the ring as a good will gesture I ve learned my lesson They are cheap for a reason Wouldn t buy their jewellery again

Do not order from this company no communication nothing was done on time told me dpd they sent it to royal mail had to ring them 50 times in 1 day just to talk to some about my problem An alot of other problems trust me give them a miss

Over a month and still haven t received my order

I purchased earrings from this company on the 13th December 2024 It s been over a month and I still haven t received them There s been little to no communication with the company which has been really frustrating since these earring were suppose to be a Christmas present

Awful experience diamond bracelet for Christmas

Bought a diamond bracelet for Christmas by husband who was misadvised by sales staff re size Unable to return as only can refund online purchase Offered it extended at our cost Even though can get refund online and essentially poor advice Still waiting for quote for cost of having it extended to fit poor communication awful experience no documentation provided re having it extended Unprofessional unhelpful and an utterly disappointing experience and if I ever get bracelet back still no news today will not used them again and will certainly not be recommending My advice go somewhere else

waiting for 3 months and counting for an engagement ring

I ordered a diamond ring from here and quickly realised one of the diamonds were missing To be honest the staff were polite and dealt with the situation professionally However they requested for me to send it back so they can repair it but I have now been waiting for 3 months to get it back after being told it will take 2-3 weeks Very disappointed

Not consumer friendly at all

The locket is much smaller than expected Made a special journey the most local store to exchange for something more appropriate and was told this is not possible and that I need to return by post Daughters 18th is looming and I don t have time or extra funds to arrange a return wait for a refund then go and repurchase Very disappointed

Watch did not work and complaint email was not replied too Absolutely shocking customer service this is the third watch purchased form you and my very last

Ordered golden wedding gift watch on line Goods arrived 2 working days GDP delivered a large cardboard box resealed When box opened all contents wrapped up watch box completely crushed and new watch thrown loose in box When phoned customer service they said could send new packaging so we could keep watch Returned for refund Will not buy again
