Ordered a ring online

Ordered a ring online - asked for it to be resized - will take 3 working days which is completely fine Came the next day not having being resized this was online Went in-store to the Walsall branch and they couldn t of been more helpful and apologetic And was more the happy to sort it all for me

Very poor service

Very nice item but very poor customer service I ordered an item as click and collect it was delivered to the billing address which caused me massive problems When I called customer services they just passed the blame to DHL they showed absolutely no concern and didn t even apologise Spend your money elsewhere t h baker doesn t deserve your hard earned money

Item nice but packaging not so much

Purchased two Nomination charms for gifts They arrived together on one cardboard sleeve with one Nomination gift bag One recipient will have hers on the proper cardboard sleeve and I ll have to find something else to put the other recipient s gift in

Not a great experience

Purchased earrings for my wife Had to pay 17 20 for delivery despite the website saying postage free for orders over 50 Dispatch Delivery of item was delayed When they arrived noticed one of the earrings drop type was the wrong way round Took it to a local jeweller who kindly fixed it Would I purchase from them again Probably not

Handling of an expensive item

There was something wrong with the system and my order did not go through properly but when I phoned up the lady I spoke to was very helpful and was finally able to put my order through The item was an expensive watch over 2k but when it was delivered the packaging was extremely battered

Disappointed

I received item promptly but unfortunately it s not suitable I have been trying to contact them since receiving to arrange a return but I ve been unable to contact by telephone and numerous emails have been ignored so I wouldn t buy from again purely for the fact that if items aren t suitable it s a nightmare to try and return

Item not delivered

I ordered a ring to propose to my boyfriend on New Years Eve While it was ordered during the holiday time I paid extra so that it could be delivered on time It wasn t I received a message to say that the delivery company did not collect it but was assured it would arrive by 2nd January It didn t Its now 5 1 25 and I still haven t received the ring TH Baker customer services were really good in saying they would return the excess postage I paid And I emailed them today to see where the ring is This is the 2nd time I ve ordered online from them and the 2nd time there has been problems with delivery I would suggest they just a different courier because their products are brilliant its just the delivery

Not TH Baker Packaging

Ordered 2 pairs of the same earrings as separate purchases for our friends who are twins 1x pair arrived in a non TH Baker light blue box with another companies branding on it no gift bag made the present look like it had been preowned or purchased elsewhere Ruined the gifting experience I m aware the company has links to TH Baker but my contract and purchase was directly with TH Baker and not that other company I expected to receive exactly the same item twice not have differing packaging than advertised

My wife collects Clogau jewellery she was very disappointed when the item turned up in a non clogau box along with the clogau cleaning cloth

Brought a chain as a xmas present was

Brought a chain as a xmas present was told it was already sent out but clearly wasn t as when i called for a update it was still awaiting to be collected 2 days later which wasn t a issue as arrived well in time What i didn t no was her daughter had also brought a chain of the same length so had to return as you can t return instore if brought online and most items are not available instore so going to buy elsewhere 8 days after they received it they still haven t refunded and have no time frame very poor customer service and this is why its better to go to a store and buy
