First Class Windows at a Competitive Price

Very good communication and excellent workmanship Prices also very competitive especially as they give a 15 year guarantee My neighbours also got their windows fitted by Advanced Glazing and are also very happy with them Not only do the windows look amazing but they also save on our heating bills due to the extra insulation so the cost of the windows are definitely a good investment

Sterling service from start to finish

From start to finish we can t fault the service we received great customer service Siobhan from sales was friendly very knowledgeable and took the time to answer our queries and reassure us when we made changes to the original order When it came to the installation the fitters Dave and Sean were friendly efficient and left our house tidy when the job was finished The attention to detail is second to none A friend of ours has already booked an appointment based on our recommendation

Excellent service from start to finish We appreciated good advice when choosing our patio doors and glazing We were especially pleased with the fitters Paul and John They worked tirelessly in atrocious weather conditions without complaint taking great care to leave a superb clean finish Much appreciated

I have ordered doors and windows 3 times from Siobhan at Advanced Group and she has been fantastic Excellent quality products really good installation but above all Siobhan provides a really high level of service and I highly recommend her

We would like to show our appreciation in regards to the 3 young men that carried out our installation on Monday Tuesday of this weekThe 3 young men were David Jordan PiersFrom the very start until they left they were polite friendly had a no problem attitude towards the work were a pleasure to have in our flatThey were also very respectful to our property at all times considering the amount of work they carried out there was very little mess at the end of the 2 daysWe are extremely happy with our choices in which Stephen Charnley helped with at the early stagesWe have used Advanced in previous Houses its good to see the standards remain high from start to finish

The go to company for glazing

When looking around for new windows I was specifically after acoustic glazing With 30 years behind them The Advanced Group seemed to tick all the boxes I got in contact with Nicole at their customer services and she was able to provide me with all the information I needed to make a choice They could supply windows with acoustic glass and new upvc door at a good price also offering interest free credit which was a bonus We agreed the date and the fitters Kev and Alan were great job was done in a day tidying up behind them I would highly recommend The Advanced Group for anyone considering new glazing doors

New Front Door

From our first visit to the showroom Siobhan was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products She made the whole process very straightforward We did wait a but longer to get our door fitted but it was worth the wait On the day of installation the fitters were running late due to an issue with their van but we did get a call to say they would be there later that day The fitting once they arrived was very quick and they cleaned up afterwards leaving no mess We would definitely recommend the Advance Group and would use them again

I can not recommend Advance Group enough I got a conservatory few years ago best decision ever So when I wanted new doors and windows I contacted James again who helped us get what we were looking for The whole installation process was seamless and timely Delighted with my new windows and door As always James sales rep and the rest of the team were fantastic
