Would give 10 stars if it was an option Excellent service did what other bigger agents couldn t and got my property sold Adverts are excellent with the little videos and drone footage which you don t see with most other agents Friendly reliable agent who is very responsive to all calls and texts and go above and beyond to help where possible I now recommend Emma and co to anyone who says they are looking to sell

Chris Poole professional and informative

Chris was great he explained the avenues business model to only have small portfolio of house and therefore he wasn t rushed with other appointments Chris was informative asked questions that really got us to think about what we wanted in both selling and buying a house Chris followed the visit with a pack of information quickly and efficiently When we do come to sell we will definitely call upon Chris s services

We recently purchased a property through Avenue Jack and the team were great throughout Jack was always available even out of hours to answer any equations and help gather any supporting documents to make the process smooth and efficient Would highly reccomend Jack and the team at Avenue if you re looking to sell or buy

Wish we d gone here first

We wish we d gone to these first We met Martin Kent whilst viewing a property Unhappy with our existing agent we switched Martin sold our house in under 2 weeks He s been on hand all through so far He answered calls out of normal office hours to book viewings and organised viewings whilst other agents were closed for the bank holidays His marketing is fabulous trust me you d not regret using this agency

Jack Laura and their team are simply fantastic Their marketing strategy is spot-on and they really take the time to hear you out Their communication skills are top-notch and they re always quick to respond They re making a positive impact on how people perceive estate agents And personally they re the type of folks you d gladly share a drink with anytime I think that says it all
