These pillows were delivered quickly and appear to be good quality They have taken a day or two to get used to but seem to be better for a few days use

Good but not outstanding

Thankfully there was none of the downsides that we were dreading having read some of the less complimentary reviews This was a gift for mum who is neither impressed nor unimpressed with the results but at least I m thankful that she hasn t developed any discomfort from using it However at the original price of 95 we managed to bargain the discounted price at the Ideal Home Show down further to 30 I would say it is highly overpriced

Bamboo pillows arrived after a hiccup Good to know the company respond well to problems

Hallowe en Am updating my earlier review see below as the bamboo pillows have arrived To be fair to the company they confessed to a new IT email system which I guess had teething problems and my issue blackholed Once they realised the company regularly communicated with me to see if replacement parcel arrived It has So am happy to amend my rating to 4 stars and I thank the team for their care Always good to know a company will rectify problems And I thank them Original post Ordered 3 bamboo pillows on 16th Sept Been asked to submit a Trustpilot review 3 days ago As it is now 3rd Oct and still not arrived plus Tracking reports no update on we have collected your parcel by Yodel Domestic since 20th Sept how can I give anything but a very poor experience marking though whether should be for Yodel Domestic or The Bambo Pillow is unclear No explanation as yet Maybe this review will provoke one or other to ask why a shipment is in limbo

This pillow is amazing I had a brain tumour removed 4 years ago and unfortunately I have another one now but this pillow has helped me with my sleeping and with my sweating It is very comfy and I now get a good night s sleep Thank you so much

Amazing

Superb pillow I ordered 2 but 1 in error and they were very understanding and agreed to take the other back at their postage expense Great customer service This pillow is really great I ve struggled to find a good one for years and this one does seem to stay a bit cooler than most foam pillows Highly recommend both the product and the company
