Comfy sleep

It took a little while to get used to the firmness of the pillow but I began to realise that I was falling asleep much more quickly and also my neck no longer was painful when I woke up I have recommended this to my friends

Very full and overly high pillow I tried to use it twice and after 1 2 hour had to stop My husband managed to go a full night using it and spent the following day with awful neck pain and had to have wheat bags and ibuprofen and he never resorts to painkillers unless he really has to If you could at least have access to the contents to remove some of the filling that would be something

Awful customer service The item turned up at the wrong address and I wanted to return it as I had found a better company panda pillow I constantly had to send emails again and again to check how things were doing to actually get my refund etc Very slow at replying and just utterly incompetent I wouldn t ever shop with this company again don t bother

Not ethical or sustainable as claimed

If you re concerned about the ethics of the things you buy and came across this website claiming to sell fair trade and sustainable pillows I should inform you that you re grossly mistaken The pillow that arrived 2 weeks after ordering it with no word from the retailer was in a cheap Chinese carry bag and was indeed marked to have been made in the PRC Sure bamboo grows there but it isn t sustainable and there is no company called The Bamboo Pillow that even owns factories or anything else in China this is a cheap bulk item that is being sold under the guise of being ethical and sustainable when really its just a private label job that has been very poorly hidden The packaging even said Royalty Garden and is tackily decorated with gold crowns and slogans that make it abundantly clear that all statements made on the website are false regarding anything ethical You will get a bamboo pillow maybe late it will be from China it won t be sustainable nor ethical Will be sending back to wherever it came from Red flag indeed
