Our 2 pillows arrived but once took

Our 2 pillows arrived but once took cover off the pillow looked yellow and one was white but looked used just on one side Does anyone know should pillows be white these look used Thanks

Mixed feelings

My pillow arrived quickly I was really pleased that it smelt like lavender The drawback was that even at its flattest the pillow was much too full and too stiff and so actually made my neck pain a lot worse I have solved this by slicing it open and removing three quarters of the shredded foam inside it which I ve used to make a cushion The pillow is now comfortable and I have a new cushion Win-win

The pillow is quite comfortable

The pillow is quite comfortable It is heavy and not as bouncy as I hoped it would be It is nice when you sleep on your side but on your belly or back it doesn t give the appropriate neck support

Complete order not received

Service is poor I ordered 2 pack of the bamboo pillow only one was delivered I have emailed twice to address this with no response at all you cannot get through on the telephone number supplied The pillow itself is a little too high for myself however it is a good quality product UPDATE 13 6 21- Following the review above the company has since been in touch firstly by email to say they didn t have my emails had an issue with the phones would dispatch the remainder of my order This has since been received along with a very swift request to update the review I am happy to edit the review increase the star rating from 1 to 3 as the company have made good it s just a shame it took me to write the review to get a response

I ordered on 15 November Received an email to confirm my order but I ve heard nothing since I paid for next day delivery I ve chased by email and the telephone number they gave me says it s unrecognised UPDATE The company has now got in contact to apologise and to explain that they had problems with their shipping provider but that my item has now been sent I have changed my initial 1 star rating I have now received the product and a refund

Took some getting used to it - was hard to start with but now softening up Would also like to see some colour variations in the cover as it stands out next to sheet and quilt choice

Great product poor delivery

From a product perspective I currently have a Tempur pillow at home and wanted something similar for when I m away It s the same shape as my Tempur and quite a bit smaller It s also quite a bit harder and whilst I haven t found it uncomfortable you don t get the same feeling of sinking into it however it is 1 3 the price It has a cooling pad however with the pillowcase on it I notice no temp difference between this and my Tempur which has no cooling pad Too early to comment on longevity but seems v good value for money From a delivery perspective super-quick delivery but I have to take a star off because the delivery service you use is shocking I was out and their idea of putting it in a safe space was throwing it over the fence into the back garden not impressed at all and lucky it didn t rain
