I bought a barcode reader recently Sadly it was not compatible with equipment I needed to use it with Rafael was extremely helpful in helping me configure the reader to check that it worked but ultimately it had to be sent back

Excellent after-sales service

We have had a couple of teething problems with our Zebra label printer mostly because of user inexperience When I phoned for help I actually got fast intelligible service even when our printer passed its one year mark The technician was very familiar with the product listened carefully not only talked me through the solution but explained why it worked and gave me the information I needed to be able to solve it simply myself in future

We bought this brand new Zebra ZD420 printer after having a detailed productive advise session with Sara Graham at the Barecode Warehouse Infact we discovered after speaking to Sarah that one printer can allow different label sizes this point was real saver Our choice of supplier was based on the standards of tech support or after sales service We got this requirement matched exactly with barcode warehouse During the initial setup we had to contact technical support and I must say that the quality of support provided by Mr Luke Moore sorry if i have spelt it wrong was awesome and beyond expectations Luke was professional couteous and knowledgeable This gentlemen is a real asset to the organisation and we are so impressed with this quality service that we have decided to keep this company for all our future printing needs Keep up the good work Best Wishes Always Mrs Sharma Herbal Magic

Customer support was first rate I accidently bought a non compatible barcode reader and rang to check if it was configurable was quickly put through to correct department who looked into it and once it was clear that the item was not configurable was transferred directly to sales who were able to arrange return immediately and source me a suitable replacement Ordering and delivery was also easy and timely Well done
