Ordered online Contacted after order confirmed to be told the order was cancelled because they had the wrong price advertised on their website and I should replace the order again at the correct price

Poor Customer Service - Items never arrived

Terrible company to deal with Paid for next day delivery and they never sent the items They then decided to send the items to a wrong address over 2 weeks went by with still no resolution Lots of emails and calls later still no resolution I d stay away from this company unless you want to pay for items twice as I have had to go elsewhere and re buy the items leaving me out of pocket a lot of money Also communication is really poor they do not call you back till you call and kick off Terrible company we will never use them again

Terrible service - lack of ownership

I paid for next-day delivery for a Zebra label printer but it arrived three days late I had to repeatedly chase for updates as there was no communication from your company during this time Additionally upon discovering a printing issue with the printer I was informed that no refund is available because the fault lies with Zebra s manufacturing I found this response unsatisfactory as it reflects a lack of accountability from your team The employee I spoke with refused to take ownership of the situation and kept directing me to contact Zebra instead They advised we are unable to get a refund as the fault lies with the manufacturer and not the company when I asked them why they do not check products before selling they had no answer I will not be ordering from here again and definitely recommend avoiding
