DO NOT order from this company
DO NOT order from this company I ordered a very expensive bedspread and two shams I received my order quickly however the stitching was horrible not even same color thread as fabric not sewed in a straight line etc I returned said order and here it is 45 days later and I still DO NOT have my refund I finally called my credit card company to get reimbursed Horrible experience

I paid 74 each for Sunbrella cushions
I paid 74 each for Sunbrella cushions from The Company Store After 1 month there is no loft left in the cushions and they look like they are 10 years old I will now have to buy new cushion inserts to redeem my 74 cushion cushions I ve tried to go on their website to write a review for the past 3 weeks and the functionality of the review part of the website is not working I think they are not allowing reviews because their products have become so inferior

Absolutely the WORST return policy
Absolutely the WORST return policy anywhere First they contacted me 4 weeks after my order - they no longer were selling the item - I changed the color but they shipped me the wrong size product - they finally shipped the right product and double charged me - still waiting to see the credit 7 weeks after my initial order Also they do not email you a shipping label - you have to wait for the fed ex shipper to do a pick up who didn t show the first time Shoo anywhere but here

never delivered then sent email clearly stating large robe Then after holding on phone for27 minutes wanted to ship small even thoughemail of11 26 clearly said large claiming warehouse had not been informed Customer service had attitude and hung up Nobody should buy from them

Poor customer service
I ordered products from this company and it took a week for them to provide me with an email that the item was out of stock Their inventory system should have accurate inventory when placing an order After the order was canceled I searched the web for similar items and guess what the item was still listed on the Company Store Web Site Poor business practices

Worst Ever
Worst Ever I ordered Bamboo Sateen sheets what I received was everything but What happened to the Company Store that we loved the worst thing they send me was a used repackaged top sheet im mortified to say the least sime if it us in old beat up packages also im looking at the cheap stickers saying from HOME DEPO I looked it up sure enought they took over the Company Store if I wanted to buy Hardware tools type of sheets I would have went there

Same as all the other complaints Placed a large order of 18 items on December 8 2021 7 items shipped in reasonable period On Dec 31 was notified of backorder for the remaining 11 items Dates given were missed and I had to call them no other way to communicate to to find out status New dates given on the phone and also missed No email updates no proactive communication from them - nothing Today I cancelled the remaining items TCS makes customers work hard to do business with them Not my kind of supplier

I ordered a comforter back in September
I ordered a comforter back in September It was supposed to arrive in a week to ten days I called item on back order they said But it will be there next week I call again and was told if I changed the color to White it was already in the Warehouse and it would ship right out It didn t Then they wanted me to type in a new credit card I did I have been getting the most bizarre emails from them They lie make phony excuses and do not deliver Never again Canceling the order

The worst service
The worst service A big decline in service and merchandise quality since Home Depot bought this vendor It s over four weeks since they received my return merchandise and still no credit I already called once and was sent emails confirming refund but no credit has shown up Representative on phone sounded as if she was asleep and supervisor who was supposed to call me back never called Will never buy from them again
